Can I return my purchase?

Yes, you can! Returns must reach us within 14 calendar days from delivered date.

Return items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with clothing tags intact.
You will be issued an online gift code equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item(s), valid for 90 days. Delivery fees, if any, will not be refunded.

*Purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, bags, lifestyle and gifts are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I return my purchase?

Mail it back to us: 1. Pack the item(s) and a completed Returns Form together in a parcel. 2. Send your parcel using a traceable** mode of delivery to: 58 Edgedale Plains #02-15 Singapore, 828823 3. Your return will be processed within 14 working days from the day we receive your parcel. *Please ensure that your return order fulfills our Returns Policy before mailing, as the order will only be checked during processing after the parcel has been transferred to our office.
**We strongly encourage that your return is sent to us via a traceable mode as we will not be responsible for any lost mail sent through non-traceable mailing options.

How long does it take for my return parcel to be processed?

Returns will be processed within 14 business days (not inclusive of weekends and Singapore public holidays) from the date we receive your parcel.
We'll drop you an email update once your return has been processed!

How will I receive my refund?

Cash refunds are not provided for returns. An online gift voucher equivalent to the purchase price of the item(s) returned will be issued in your account.
The online gift voucher will have a 90 days validity.

Where can I get a return form?

We will be sending you an email containing the PDF copy of the return form should your item be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Do I need to pay to return my items?

Fees will not be charged for returns. All you have to do is cover the postage to send the item back to us and we'll take care of everything else!

Singapore Delivery

What are the delivery options and when can I receive my order?

We currently only offer one delivery method: so that you can choose the one that best suits your needs!

  1. FREE Standard shipping with a mininum purchase of $80:
  2. Ninja Van: Delivers within 3 to 5 business days upon dispatch. SGD 5 per order.

Are there restricted areas/zones in Singapore you do not delivery to?

We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and most of the islands in Singapore.
We are also unable to deliver to P.O boxes, as deliveries will require a signature upon delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver on weekends.

Are there additional charges for re-delivery?

For Standard & Express delivery options:
Delivery attempts will be made up to three times, upon which parcels will be returned to Little Munchkins if the 3rd delivery attempt is unsuccessful.

A re-delivery charge of SGD 5.00 for all Ninja Van Shipping will be applicable for all bounced parcels to be delivered again.


What are the available modes of payment?

We accept credit, debit and PayPal payments.

I'm not sure if payment for order is successful. What do I do?

Order Issues

Can I amend or cancel my order after confirmation?

We try our best to pack your orders as soon as we get them to ensure its processed and delivered promptly. This means we are unable to amend or cancel any orders after confirmation.

I received a wrong/defective item. What should I do?

We apologize if a defective or wrong item was sent. For such cases, we will require them to be mailed back to us via registered mail or obtain a copy of Certificate of Posting (COP) at the post office. This will be made known in the email accordingly. Please do not send the item(s) back on your own accord.

  1. Kindly email us at littlemunchkins.sales@gmail.com with a snapshot of the defect or incorrect piece for us to advise you further.
  2. In such circumstances, if there is a replacement piece available, it will be sent out upon receiving the RA tracking number or snapshot of COP.
  3. However, if the item is no longer available, a gift certificate store credit with no expiry will be issued.
  4. Postage charges incurred will be refunded via together. There will strictly not be any cash refunds.
Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.

An item is missing from my parcel! What should I do?

If you have not received any prior notice from us, please contact us with the following information:

  1. Your order number
  2. The name/ product code of the missing item
  3. A photograph of the picking list

Credit Vouchers (online)

How do I use my online credit vouchers?

In your shopping cart, enter the online credit voucher code in 'Promo Code' field and click ‘Apply’. The total payable amount will be updated once the online credit voucher has been successfully applied.
Credit vouchers are not applicable for purchase of Gift Vouchers.

Can an order be returned if an online credit voucher has been used?

Yes! Orders made with online credit vouchers are valid for returns. However, this excludes purchase of sale items, intimates, swimwear, accessories, bags, lifestyle and gifts.

What are the terms of use for my credit voucher?

Online credit vouchers are non-extendable, non-refundable and non-transferable. They are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.

Do I have to use my online credit voucher in a single transaction?

No, you don't! ;) Just apply the code you'd like to your cart and should there be any remaining value after making your purchase, you may reuse the same code for the remaining value in your next order with us.

What do I have to do if there is an error with my online credit voucher?

Please check if:

  1. The voucher has expired
  2. The voucher has been used in an order
  3. You are logged in to the account which the voucher was issued to.
